Terms of use
These terms cover the free mock-exam service run by The Brilliant Brains ([company name, to be completed]).
What the service is
- Free practice exams with marking and a report. It is a short diagnostic: it shows how a paper went and where to look next. It does not predict or guarantee a result in a real exam.
- Some answers are marked automatically against a list of accepted answers, so a correct answer worded differently may be marked wrong; written answers are marked by a tutor. Results can be provisional until every question is marked.
- Using the service never obliges you to buy tutoring. Asking about tutoring is always optional.
Your account
- Give true information. Under-13s need a parent or guardian to agree before the account can be used.
- Keep your password private and do not share your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.
Fair use
- Do not copy, publish or share exam questions, answer keys or other students' work, and do not try to break or overload the service.
- Exams are timed by our server. If your connection drops, your saved answers are kept; time cannot be paused.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Our responsibility
We try to keep the service available and accurate but provide it as it is, without guarantees. [Limits of liability and governing law to be set by the owner's adviser; nothing here limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.]
Changes and contact
